For those with more adventurous tastes, our head chef Didier has combined the finest ingredients and techniques from many of the world's greatest cuisines to create a globe trotting gastronomic expedition.
Start your gastronomic journey in Didier's home in France with Mussels Mariniers, then travel to Oz and savour an exotic far away duo of pan fried Ostrich and Kangaroo fillet served medium rare (of course) in a spicy pear and apricot chutney then travel back to Scotland and choose one of the the Royal's delicious sweets.
Didier's vegitarian dishes are enough to make hardened carnivores turn veggie, and an amazing mushroom cassolette topped with brie and white wine cream is just one of the many options. |
